Just ordered? You won’t have to wait long. As soon as you order a TRASKA, it becomes our mission to get your watch into your hands/onto your wrist as quickly as possible. We offer free expedited shipping to all of our customers, using reputable services we have worked with for years:

  • United States: FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
  • All Other Countries: FedEx International Economy (4-6 business days)

*Important for our customers outside of the United States: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs — we’d hate for that to spoil the moment of joy when your watch arrives on your doorstep!

Warranty

All our customers are automatically assigned a transferable* three-year limited international warranty beginning from the date of purchase. There’s no pesky card you have to carry around — your warranty info is associated with your order number and is saved in our system from the moment you check out.

You’re covered for three years in the case of any material or manufacturing defects, but NOT…

  • Damage resulting from drunken misdemeanors, attack from ferocious wild animals or domestic cats, normal wear and tear, accidental impact, deliberate impact (how could you!) or negligence, including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal, or wearing of DLC coatings.
  • Water damage resulting from failure to secure screw-down crowns. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claims against water damage if our pressure tests indicate that the watch's hermetic seals haven't been compromised—though we’ll probably still help you out because we love showing off our first-class customer service skills.

* If you did not purchase your watch from us directly, we will honor our warranty; however, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. Please be sure to retrieve the original order number and include that when making any warranty claims.

Service

TRASKA watches are robust, designed to withstand the usual hazards of an adventurous lifestyle. However, should your lifestyle go beyond the normal bounds of “adventurous” and you somehow damage your watch in a way that is not covered by our warranty, we are happy to offer replacement parts and service. Please email us at info@traskawatch.com and we will work with you to solve whatever problem you may have.

Returns

We are very confident that you’re going to love your TRASKA watch. So confident, in fact, that we offer a two-week long inspection period for every purchase. If, after two weeks or less, you’re not head-over-wrist in love with your investment, you can return it (at your expense), provided your watch has never been removed from its original plastic wrapping and is still in the exact same condition it arrived in. To request a return, email info@traskawatch.com and we will send you a return form to complete and send to us alongside your watch.
